SHIPPING POLICY
Deliveries Delivery times to UK mainland addresses are typically within 5 business days from receipt of order. This may be extended where shipment is required to offshore or overseas locations.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed the next working day. During peak periods (sales, new launches, public holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
UK Shipping
- Standard delivery: typically 5 business days
We ship via Royal Mail and DPD for UK orders.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. Any deliveries to the USA are sent using US Postal Services (USPS).
Estimated delivery times are below:
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- USA: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–21 business days
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes GrimandBloom is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering, particularly for EU customers post-Brexit.
Order Tracking Tracked services are available and where this is selected, the tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched. Should you choose not to have tracking for your order, we are unable to offer replacements or compensation.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your tracked order has not arrived within the estimated time-frame, please wait 7 additional business days before contacting us at kcj@grimandbloom.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. GrimandBloom cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
